This 3 hour course costs £100 in total for maximum of 10 delegates, complete with individual in house certificates.

CIEH Level 2 Award in Food Safety in Catering (Replaced Basic Food Hygiene Course January 2006)

RIPH Level 1 Foundation Certificate in HACCP Principles

This course will give candidates the basic knowledge of HACCP Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point as a preventative food managment process.

Food Allergy Awareness Training Course ( Developed By Rochdale Environmental Health Service )

This 3 hour course costs £100 in total for a maximum of 10 delegates, complete with a short multi choice examination paper and individual in house certificate.
